The project adopts K-DPM (Kinetic Dry Pneumatic Mixing) – one of the world’s most advanced sustainable land reclamation technologies.
The city operates on 100% renewable energy (offshore wind, solar, and battery storage) and features a zero-emission transport system of electric buses, bikes, boats, and autonomous shuttles.
