Sustainable City in Dubai is a pioneering residential and mixed-use development designed to demonstrate how urban living can be combined with environmental responsibility. Officially opened in 2016, it is recognized as the first fully operational zero-energy development in the Middle East. The city covers approximately 46 hectares and houses over 500 villas, apartments, commercial spaces, and social amenities.

Environmental & Nature

Solar panels generating clean electricity are installed on the roofs of each villa and parking lot, wastewater is treated and reused for irrigation, encouraging non-motorized mobility to improve air quality.

Smart City

Biodomes and greenhouses.

Human-Centric

All necessary amenities, including schools, clinics, shops, equestrian arenas, and recreation areas, are within walking or cycling distance, central “green axis” runs through the entire complex, creating a continuous pedestrian zone with shaded paths, gardens, and public spaces.
