Positioned as a “complete Smart City,” it integrates online services, virtual reality tours, and sustainable neighbourhoods to enhance liveability for around 45,000 residents near Paris’ business hub, fostering seamless connectivity to metropolitan opportunities.

Key areas feature EcoQuartier des Bergères with virtual tours showcasing green housing, Jean-Moulin’s reversible mixed-use buildings linking business districts to downtown via pedestrian paths, and Liberté’s landscaped oases connecting to future boardwalks, creating vibrant multifunctional zones. These blend residences, shops, co-living, and services amid parks, fountains, and proximity to La Défense’s skyscrapers, supporting diverse daily needs in a compact urban setting.
