It serves as a critical transport link connecting Prague’s central districts, enhancing urban flow and community accessibility.

Masaryčka features two landmark office buildings with distinctive Zaha Hadid façades, including retail and dining spaces accessible from the street, railway platforms, and an elevated park deck above the tracks. This elevated park, due for completion soon, will offer new pedestrian routes, recreation areas, and green spaces connecting city districts to enhance community interaction. The project also revitalises the historic train station and public areas, enriching Prague’s urban fabric with modern cultural and commercial uses.
