Proposed Participant

LvivTech.City in Ukraine serves as an innovation park and smart city ecosystem on a former industrial zone in Lviv, developed by UFuture to create a “live-work-learn-rest” environment for IT professionals amid the city’s thriving tech sector with over 400 companies and 4,000 annual graduates. Spanning 78,000 m² of LEED-certified infrastructure, including offices, residences, and amenities near Stryiskyi Park, it earned the European Property Awards 2020-2021 for multifunctional excellence despite wartime challenges.

The park integrates Class A offices for tech firms, R&D centres, incubators, coworking spaces, gyms, lounges, cafes, bike paths, and residential areas within a green campus opposite Lviv’s largest park, with 15-minute access to Rynok Square and transport hubs. It fosters a community of Ukrainian/international businesses in IT, biotech, and energy, equipped with high-performance climate systems and solar panels for operational efficiency.
