Lahore Smart City is Pakistan’s pioneering smart city project, located near Lahore, envisioned to redefine urban living with the integration of cutting-edge technology, sustainability practices, and community-oriented design. Developed jointly by Future Developments Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and Habib Rafique Pvt Ltd, it aims to be a self-sustaining community that offers a futuristic and high-quality lifestyle.

Spanning a large land area approved by Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Lahore Smart City features a well-planned urban layout including residential and commercial zones, green belts, parks, wide roads, commercial hubs, educational and healthcare facilities, and entertainment spaces. The city promotes gated community living with smart security systems and modern infrastructure with a focus on energy efficiency and convenience.

Environmental & Nature

The project emphasizes green building practices, renewable energy use (including solar power), water conservation, waste management, and biodiversity preservation. Sustainable transport options, energy-efficient street lighting with sensors, and eco-friendly infrastructure reduce the overall carbon footprint, aligning with Pakistan’s environmental goals.

Smart City

Lahore Smart City integrates smart grid technology for efficient energy distribution and aims to minimize power outages. Intelligent transportation systems manage traffic flow and prioritize public transit using real-time data. The city supports telemedicine, e-governance, and home automation, connected through a smart city app for community services and updates.

Human-Centric

Designed to enhance the quality of life, Lahore Smart City features parks, family entertainment areas, mosques, community clubs, and pedestrian-friendly walkways. The community is gated and secured with professional security personnel, focusing on resident safety, accessibility, and social engagement through digital platforms and inclusive public spaces.
