Hudayriyat Island is Abu Dhabi’s growing coastal leisure-and-residential destination. Positioned just off Al-Bateen, this island is being built as a mixed-use district for sports, wellness, waterfront living, and adventure. It aims to become a premier leisure, sports, and residential destination, showcasing Abu Dhabi’s commitment to sustainable urban planning and vibrant community living.

Spanning over 51 million square meters, equivalent to more than half of Abu Dhabi Island, Hudayriyat Island is a key contributor to the city’s strategic vision. Developed by Modon Properties, this ambitious project aims to create a sustainable, modern community that seamlessly blends natural beauty, leisure, and world-class amenities. It is minutes away from central Abu Dhabi via a direct bridge, combines sports, leisure, and coastal living. It features attractions like Circuit X, Surf Abu Dhabi, 321 Sports, cycling trails, and several beaches, alongside promenades and family recreation zones. Modon is developing upscale communities such as Nawayef Village and Quays villas, while Bab Al Nojoum offers beachfront glamping, making the island a dynamic destination for residents and visitors.
