Gwanggyo New Town in Suwon, South Korea, is a 10 million m² master-planned urban development in Yeongtong-gu, designed as a hub for innovation and culture, accommodating 90,000 residents. Launched around 2000 by Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation, it features high-density housing, offices, cultural facilities, and Gwanggyo Lake Park, attracting 3 million visitors annually.
