Garitage Park is a pioneering mixed-use urban development in Sofia, Bulgaria, emphasising sustainability, human-centric living, and modern technology. It is among the first projects in Central and Eastern Europe to achieve BREEAM Communities certification, reflecting robust environmental, social, and economic sustainability standards. Garitage Park is а major office and residential complex situated on 167,000 m². The project is being developed in phases and when fully completed will include 95 000 m² Offices, 60 000 m² Residential, 90 000 m² green areas and a park with a lake, playgrounds and sports facilities, a primary school for 500 children, 4 500 parking spaces, a sports centre with a pool, a sports hall with capacity of 1,700 people, a medical centre, a supermarket, many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It integrates high-quality infrastructure, access control, professional facilities management, and prioritises car-free zones above ground to enhance pedestrian experiences and environmental quality
