Diyar Al Muharraq is Bahrain’s largest master-planned integrated city, spanning seven artificial islands covering 12 square kilometres northeast of Manama on Muharraq Island. Developed by Diyar Al Muharraq W.L.L., it provides over 30,000 residential units, commercial spaces, healthcare, recreation, and 40 kilometres of waterfront, blending Bahraini heritage with modern living for families, investors, and tourists.

Launched as a pioneering real estate project, Diyar Al Muharraq creates a self-contained community with zones like Hai Al Noor, Marassi Al Bahrain, Deerat Al Oyoun, and new North Islands infrastructure (completion Q3 2025). It features luxury villas, affordable housing, serviced apartments, Dragon City Mall, schools, and enhanced access via the Muharraq Ring Road, supporting Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 through sustainable urban growth.

Environmental & Nature

Design emphasizes eco-friendly reclamation, abundant landscaping, beaches, and resource-efficient networks for water, sewage, and electricity. It promotes low-impact growth aligned with national priorities for diversified, green urban development.

Smart City

The city integrates smart infrastructure, including advanced utilities, telecommunications networks, rainwater systems, and efficient road lighting, in ongoing North Island works with AECOM consultants. Digital connectivity supports commercial hubs and residential tech for seamless living.

Human-Centric

Focuses on family-oriented communities with waterfront properties, retail, education, healthcare, and recreational amenities fostering social interaction and work-life balance. Projects like Al Wasem prioritize comfort, heritage-inspired architecture, and inclusive lifestyles.
