BSD City (Bumi Serpong Damai) is a premier large-scale, integrated planned township in the Greater Jakarta area, widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s most ambitious and successful urban planning schemes. Located in Tangerang Selatan (Greater Jakarta Area), Banten. Developed primarily by Sinar Mas Land through its subsidiary PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, this “city within a city” spans a total area of 6,000 hectares and is home to a population of approximately 500,000 people.
