Arca South is Ayala Land’s large-scale, mixed-use development strategically located in Taguig. It is positioned to be the next major business and lifestyle hub, following in the footsteps of established centres like Makati and Bonifacio Global City (BGC). Arca South aims to become Metro Manila’s southern gateway, integrating business, residential, retail, and recreational spaces into a modern, sustainable urban core.

Arca South is a large-scale, master-planned mixed-use estate developed by Ayala Land, Inc., located in Barangay Western Bicutan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. It spans 74 hectares, transforming the former Food Terminal, Inc. (FTI) site into a modern business, lifestyle, residential, and transport hub.
