Appolonia City is a 2,325-acre master-planned mixed-use urban development located in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area, Ghana. Developed by Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer, it aims to provide a seamless live-work-play environment combining residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and recreational facilities. The project responds to Ghana’s chronic housing shortage and promotes regional economic development.

Designed to accommodate approximately 100,000 residents and 30,000 daily visitors, Appolonia City features around 25,000 housing units with phased development offering serviced plots and turnkey homes. It integrates a 120-acre central business district, a 200-acre light industrial park, and over 300 acres of parks and gardens. Infrastructure includes quality roads, water, electricity, and drainage systems. The community promotes connectivity with easy access to Accra and local amenities for a sustainable urban lifestyle.
