Appolonia City is a 2,325-acre master-planned mixed-use urban development located in the Greater Accra Metropolitan Area, Ghana. Developed by Rendeavour, Africa’s largest urban land developer, it aims to provide a seamless live-work-play environment combining residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and recreational facilities.
