The New 7 Wonders Foundation

The 7 Wonders of Future Cities is coordinated by Global Platform Ltd. of Dubai/UAE under the authority of New7Wonders - the official global body for the voting for Wonders.

The New7Wonders Foundation is an independent international organization based in Switzerland, following the same rules and laws as other global governing bodies, such as the IOC, FIFA and the Red Cross / Red Crescent. The mission and duty of the New7Wonders Foundation is to officially organise the global, international and national voting campaigns, and to protect and nurture the brand and movement.

Under the aegis of New7Wonders, the global and national campaigns to elect Wonders are conducted, including The Official New 7 Wonders of the World and The Official New 7 Wonders of Nature - over 600 million votes to date across the campaigns - which is a world-first and a world record and also the most important validation of legitimacy and credibility.

New7Wonders campaigns have been proven, by independent research and analysis, to create a unique impact which is known as the “Wonder Effect”. The Wonder Effect generates results more than twice compared with any other strategy, in terms of branding, media and marketing, socio-economic growth, and cultural and educational development.
